Active Projects
The Garden Network
One of our cornerstone projects, discover the power of school and community gardens with The Garden Network. We have successfully assisted in the cultivation of over 150 community gardens across Oklahoma and the Midwest. Step into a world where students can experience the joy of planting seeds, nurturing them with care, and watching them grow into vibrant, healthy plants. Our mission is to create green spaces that not only provide fresh produce, but also become hubs for learning, collaboration, and connection. Join us in cultivating a love for sustainable living, one garden at a time. Together, let’s sow the seeds of change and watch our communities thrive.
Trash Offs
Support Drives
Our support drives bring communities together to provide much-needed assistance to those in need. From food drives to clothing drives to disaster clean ups and fundraising, we’re dedicated to helping others and creating positive change. Join us in our mission to make a difference and support those who need it most. Together, we can build a better future for all.
Our Old Favorites
Nature is Recovering Short Film
Nature is an award-winning short film. It has been chosen for 9 international film festival selections and an award finalist in two film festivals — the China Dragon Awards and the Short Cut Film Fest in Serbia. Earth Rebirth produced this film to help countless people who were struggling with quarantine in 2020. So many were feeling anxious, helpless, and isolated; but we felt that way together. While we faced internal struggles and a fear of how vulnerable we truly are as a society, nature proved how resilient it is as a system. The lesson is on self-reflection.
Wild and Scenic Film Festival
The Wild & Scenic Film Festival is the largest film festival of its kind. We leave you feeling inspired and motivated to make a difference in your community and the world.” We last hosted this event virtually in 2020 during Covid, join our team to help us bring it back to Oklahoma!
Earth ReBus
The Earth ReBus is a perfect educational tool for schools, festivals, expos, conferences, workshops, and so much more. We want to partner with passionate groups, tell their stories, and help make their impacts a reality.
Public Food Pantries
We are committed to addressing food insecurity in our communities. Our Public Food Pantries have provided a lifeline for individuals and families in need, offering access to nutritious food and essential supplies. Everyone deserves access to healthy meals, and our pantries are a testament to that belief. Together, we can fight hunger and create a brighter future for all.
BOB the Borrow a Book
+One of our very first projects was to convert an empty phone booth on the University of Oklahoma’s campus corner into a book exchange! Thousands of novels, textbooks, DVDs, collectibles and more were exchanged during the almost decade this project existed. Unfortunately, after 8 years serving the community, BOB the Borrow a Book was dismantled by the Campus Corner Association in 2019.
